if you put in time and effort and study in your artistic practice you will improve, but let's say - "would you still make art right now if you might not 'ever improve' in your life?" you don't have to answer "yes" or "no" to this question, but if you can let yourself "make art despite this question", you break through the mental barrier a little bit. just remember that even if it feels like an "endless stagnation" the art you make has "endless retries" - art is always iterative
