I don’t really know what I expect in posting this, but maybe some people see it and can learn from it.

Hey, @sfchronicle.com. You've got the half-time numbers wrong in this article: You say "Bad Bunny’s show averaged 28.2 million viewers," but it's 128.2 viewers, not 28.2 viewers.

“Mike Johnson is a very religious person,” the president went on to say. “He does not hide it. He'll say to me sometimes at lunch, 'Sir, may we pray?' I'll say, 'Excuse me? We're having lunch.'"
There is, quite literally, a rebellion bubbling up from below in the name of God. The regime knows its potential. It knows it can inspire even more resistance. And it’s taking steps to crush it.

As a kid, I loved “Witches of Karres” for its young competent, idiosyncratic, and proactive female characters and the male characters who follow their lead. Now I can’t get past the adult male/child female dynamic.

I’ve reread Henderson’s People stories recently (all collected into a single book called “Ingathering”). They’re of a time and place but heartbreakingly and optimistically humane.

Greetings from inside the economic blockade zones of Minneapolis and St Paul! Don’t look away, please. We need you. It’s been a month and they’re trying to destroy us.
