I woke up and Frybread (the cat) started meowing at me for food. After I fed him, I picked him up and took him to where Darius (boyfriend and co-cat dad ) was playing a game on his computer. I said, “This on can feed you too”. I’m pretty sure they both scoffed at me. 🤷

i remember watching a documentary with @hearing-girl.bsky.social (who might actually remember the title!!) that had a guy who was near her in the Crawl being like “damn I need a break but I can’t let this 8 year old show me up”

The Agriculture Department has axed two programs that gave schools and food banks money to buy food from nearby farms and ranchers. Roughly $660 million that schools and child care facilities were counting on to purchase food has been canceled.
This will hurt both kids and small, local farmers.
