Make cycles applicable for C2W be fitted with cargo carrying ability (racks or an actual cargo bike), mudguards and lights.
that makes them ideal for commuting/utility cycling.

Factoid: The Mini wasn’t the only car that you could get a ‘Continental Spare Wheel Carrier’ for (the Anglia 105E was another) though at least with the ‘regular’ Mini spare wheel location (on the boot floor) it was kept clean & dry for mud & other road debris…
