Juvenile Bald Eagle from yesterday. I watched him take a run at some diving ducks with no luck, then flew right over me. Lately I’ve been seeing eagles flying close together just for the fun of it; catching updrafts, practicing maneuvers. Makes me wish I could fly along with them. #birds #nature

4 robins on the ice along the rock river Robin coming in for a landing on the ice Robin & waxwing in flight Robins and a waxwing along the river on the ice. After a severe cold spell the ice caused jams and high water before it froze, leaving 12" of ice along the river banks and wildlife had a hard time reaching the water.

How can so much be going on, yet so many people have no clue about any of it? Its like having some crook break in your house, rob you, abuse your kids, steal your food, steal your security, shoot neighbors, light your house on fire while occupants say "I love that criminal".
