This is the kind of excessive force case DOJ routinely prosecutes. They should open an investigation here, based on the misconduct not the victims status.

Because our politicians in Washington have zero ethics, morals or empathy. They are egotistical, selfish and greedy and are entirely complicit with Trumps agenda.
