I have been using ios26 since its main release and it’s the worst experience I’ve had since switching to Apple with an iPhone 3s. Liquid Glass is dreadful; controls are either hidden until you do a ‘special’ gesture or too hard to read unless you use some ‘accessibility’ feature.

Just watched the first episode of the new BBC series of Walking With Dinosaurs.
Hugely disappointed.
The CGI is far behind that used in Apple's Prehistoric Planet and the story feels like a Disney production for children.
A shame that Apple show no interest in making more Prehistoric Planet 😢

Just watched the first episode of the new BBC series of Walking With Dinosaurs.

BUA for O Group and CDTOB. Spent some time designing and printing two templates. One for a brick pattern and one for the zone markings. Each piece is 6” square. Quite pleased with the results.

Today I regretfully cancelled my subscription to Wargames Illustrated. I’ve been a digital subscriber for some years but they have stopped pdf downloads - and I just can’t stand the experience of reading in a browser. Hope that @wssmagazine.bsky.social doesn’t go the same way 🤞

Well ….. that wasn't the best afternoon I've ever spent. I wasn't expecting much from Gladiator 2 and it utterly failed to meet even that. Mix of implausible storyline ripped almost completely from the first film, utterly ludicrous battle scenes and an amateur dramatics level of acting.
