Q: as these dumb tariffs ramp up in real time, are they applied to goods arriving in the country today or goods ordered/shipped today?
If the latter, they could change several times before the impact on consumers is felt?

A petition boosted by international malinfluencers can't overturn an election by itself, but it can cause harm. Can the UK cope if its 'special relationship' is with a bully state?
Would be interesting what role X and shady data deals have played in this petition. Maybe it's time for Keir Starmers government to have a closer look into that.
