North of England, left of centre.
Are we sure it even really happened? No mention of it at all on FIFA's website.

Our local flag-hanging group has been appealing for volunteers as there's only 4 of them trying to 'represent the true feelings' of the whole town. A tiny number of motivated racists can have such a disproportionate effect.

For balance, they should selectively edit the footage to make it look like she didn't do the things she didn't do.

Who would ever believe this utter bollocks? Who is the check made out to? Do the soldiers get a little payment each to tide them over?

Who is the generous person who'd let a mate put 1,250 miles on their £170k Bentley to avoid taking a bag of donated money through an airport?

John Oliver luckily had this week off. The cull of voices unhelpful to the regime isn't going to help anyone.

Insidious creep: in the UK, how many people distrust the BBC and choose to take their truth from demonstrably biased, oligarch-funded propaganda outlets? We notice the tipping point, but 'the middle' finds itself on the wrong side of the balance.

Love and support to you and all proper Londoners. I hope the spotlight on these hatemongers turns public opinion against their aims, and I hope it rains all bastard day.

The cinema I was in wasn't busy, but not a single phone went off. Well done fellow film lovers of Chester 🙏

Thought they might mention the 'vaccines cause royal cancer' speech or ending with the wrong national anthem, but apparently Farage is infallible.
September 6, 2025 at 9:33 PM
Can I get odds on Farage doing the right thing and delivering a resignation speech to conference later today?
September 5, 2025 at 11:39 AM
It would, but shit-posters in Mississippi aren't expected to abide by any such standards.

Never mind 'stepping down', the direct threats of violence should be enough to see Robert Bloom in court. And the people of Corby now have a chance to reject racism or double down on it.

I'm sure a newly elected Farage Government could leave the UN and start funding the Taliban on a timescale of weeks, but surely constructing a network of concentration camps and renegotiating the Good Friday Agreement would take longer?

I know the feeling. When pushed, a friend said, "you'll never win an argument with me on this" and he was right. Too far down the GBNews rabbit hole.

Jeez, this World Cup's worse than the last one. I'm out.

He says he has informed the Information Commissioner, but it would be useful if constituents raised it with Reform UK as the data gatherer, then escalated to ICO if not satisfied with the response. This should be actionable.

He's being facetious, but did he give any indication of what he thinks should be done? Would more oil help his crops?

It's inarguable that being afraid of hypothetical foreigners is xenophobia, so the speaker wasn't even expressing an opinion. His mistake was relating the actions of a politician to their effect on society, which can be weaponised to amplify those effects.

I know a worryingly high number of them. Some think Farage seems like a nice, sensible bloke; some think populism just means doing popular things; and one or two have lost their minds to the sort of hatred that scares the shit out of me.

I heard a friend describe asylum seekers in hotels as dangerous 'invaders'. He thinks RNLI donations are down 80% and the public are waking up to the threat. His news and socials tell him no different.
