Today is Intersex Day of Solidarity and Remembrance.
It's an opportunity to highlight the continued struggles faced by intersex people globally, from unnecessary medical intervention or stigma.
We all deserve to be treated with dignity, and live a life free from discrimination.

Oceansize were a UK band that split up in 2011. Probably my favourite ever.
Today they showcased some previously unreleased tracks and it is an absolute tonic for my soul.

The Orphan Crusher is here to stay. If we don’t feed more Orphans to the Crusher the Orphan Crushing industry will die. It’s time to wake up to the reality of the Orphan Crusher. The Orphan Crusher is worth billions. We need to teach people to use the Orphan Crusher. It’s here to stay.

Please help me get the word out about the new websites for Legal Theory Blog and the Legal Theory Lexicon. Reposting here and on other social media sites is great. It would be especially helpful if law school faculty members could send an email to their colleagues with the new addresses.

Really didn’t enjoy Captain America: Brave New World.
1) the characters were completely superficial. What were their motivations for anything? Who knows!
2) the plot was paper thin.
3) Fighting over adamantium was so obviously setting up a future film that it completely lowered the stakes.

AI is an ontologically conservative prospect incapable of imagining What Could Be. it will lie to you to the contrary.
Never forget that the biggest advocates for AI are people who are terrified of progress.
AI can’t produce anything new. So demanding that people use it is a way to keep us stuck in the past.
