I have so much to say about ‘Here We Are’ and I still need time to sort out the words … but -spoiler- I AM VERKLEMPT!

Dreams sometimes do come true.

'Adolescence' is making me feel dizzy the way the camera sweeps around actors or follows them when they awkwardly walk to keep a certain pace. I get that it's impressive technically to do everything in a single take but the near constant movement of the steadicams and drones is so distracting. 😬😬😬

Stepped in Monty's poo this morning and honestly it was on brand for the week I've been having 💁‍♀️

Monty lost his first baby tooth today and I almost cried with relief that he’s reached that milestone - those things are like little razors! 😂😭😂

I've been sofa/bedridden since Monday afternoon after turning the wrong way and somehow managing to pull a muscle in my back so I've used this time to finally watch 'The White Lotus' and truly appreciate the bangers that are the season-specific opening credits.

Into the woods to find there's hope
Of getting through the journey ...

(Did my friends and I book our ITW tickets at @thebridgetheatre.bsky.social for 2026? Yes. Yes we did.)

I love seeing all the positive responses to 'Operation Mincemeat' on Broadway - and so pleased to see it's been extended! Such a gem of a show!

I woke up to Monty pulling my hair so this feels deserved.

This photo of my boys is probably the best photo I have ever taken. I look at it and cry at its perfection because my heart becomes too full of joy.

Ignore the sock.

An archivist with a visible physical disability in 'Slow Horses'?!?

Not going to lie, it made me a little emotional to see that sort of representation.

Started watching 'Slow Horses' today amid the madness that is have a 4mo puppy at home. I'm enjoying it - though I'm not so sure about Monty. I thought he'd take to the spy genre all things considered but he's currently snoring next to me.

Starting the new year off strong with a fun new addition: night terrors!

I've never had them before - and I'm not entirely sure it's 'terror.' I'm just shouting so loudly in my stress dreams (which most of my dreams are tbh) that it's waking me - and my husband - up.

Yay.

Bless the train conductor who leaned out of his window and told me not to rush with my stick on the platform because he’d hold the train for me. May his pillow be cool on both sides etc. 🥰

Archivist, tiredly: Sometimes, records were not retained due to lack of effective information management. Sometimes, they were never created. Sometimes, the agents of deterioration got to them before accessioning. Or they might turn up. *shrugs*
