As a student, I was inspired to pursue a career in pharma by reading about the amazing synthetic chemistry innovations that were happening there.

The European Chemicals Agency has published the updated proposal for the restriction of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
It includes a new assessment of eight industry sectors and options beyond a full ban or a ban with time-limited exemptions. 🧪
