You could do a lot without any legal change. I oversaw civil forfeiture for DOJ Criminal Division, which did huge cases including against banks. Spent most of my career trying to get people to go after bigger targets.

The ice is melting and it sounds like rain hitting against the window making me want to nap! Grateful I didn't lose power or connectivity but some folks around the area did. Be safe cause winter's not over. There's lots of ice on the roads and your life matters!
