Feeling the urge to write a story about someone fleeing their own fate across several incarnations in various forms, only to wind up meeting it anyway.
Why? Because I have "An Appointment in Samsara" in my head and can't get it out.

The sweetest thing I have seen in a long time, and much needed.
I remember there being a joke job option in Villains and Vigilantes about being a TTRPG writer, with ludicrously low pay. Glad to see the tradition has kept up since... 1979.
Average McDonald’s is probably 10x the size by revenue and staff than the average TRPG publisher.
During the 3e era at Wizards there were likely more people working at the local McD’s than working on writing, editing, illustrating, managing, sales and marketing D&D.
