I do have Clamps + Wrencher in the sideboard though as I find they've been really good against the decks that want to try and fatigue you.

I can confidently say that Maxx is very much out of F Tier now! My list isn't at all refined yet, and I was still putting up a very good fight even in the games I lost in testing.

Surprisingly, I am on board with these changes.
I feel like it is a very effective way to sort of "nerf" all the ally based heroes across the board without having to make any actual drastic rules changes or implement any bans.

If it's true that the SAGE metagame is COMPLETELY different with the cards in PEN...
How in the hell is that in any way healthy for the game or the format? How is that not just a statement of PEN having ridiculous levels of power creep?
