Help me understand. Trump cancels trade talks with Canada because Canada thinks US companies should pay tax to Canada on CANADIAN revenue not to the US. Am I clear? Perhaps UBER and Google should incorporate on some island with only penguins, and pay their tax on US revenue to the penguins.
