As a rule I don’t like to block willy-nilly. Usually I look at someone’s feed to see if their irksome comment was a one-off, or part of a pattern.
If someone insults me *and* they have a pattern of such, it’s block time. (Copelovich is a professor.) Or insult me multiple times. Not here for abuse.

I honestly can’t decide if I’m angrier at Miller/Trump/Patel/Bondi/Noem/Bovino et alia, or the spineless Democrats in Congress who refuse to fight. I mean, the Republicans are certainly more actively complicit, but we already knew they were evil scumbags.

The top of tomorrow's @startribune.com is taken up by more stories of ICE predation: the detention of a 5-year-old boy, and separately a 2-year-old girl grabbed and sent to Texas despite a judge ordering the child's release. Why persecute children?

• it’s not “arresting and detaining” people; it’s kidnapping
• they’re not ICE or CPB or *anything* official; they’re anonymous, masked, cosplaying criminal thugs
