Michelle and I are thinking of the entire Biden family. Nobody has done more to find breakthrough treatments for cancer in all its forms than Joe, and I am certain he will fight this challenge with his trademark resolve and grace. We pray for a fast and full recovery.

Just went for a brisk 20 minute walk around the neighborhood. The weather here in Utah is absolutely beautiful right now. If you can step away for a few minutes it might just be the thing you need to get out of your head. It was so refreshing and centering.

Not so many splats today - started biking instead of treading to help my knees a bit and still trying to figure out my zones on the bike - but I did achieve a PR on the 100m row of 14.36 seconds! Two of the four rows were in the 16 second range and two were in the 14 second range. #otfsky #otf
