GS on IEEPA tariffs: We expect a ruling in December 2025 or January 2026. If the court blocks the tariffs, we expect it would take several more months to refund the $115-145bn that would have been collected by then.

50th Anniversary of the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald.
Surprising fact: the ship was longer than the depth of water in which it sank. Best theory is the bow flooded and it went down like a plane in a steep dive.

1) Rep. Nancy Mace withdraws her name from the Epstein discharge petition.
2) Mace resigns from Congress, replaced by MAGA.
3) Speaker Johnson swears in Adelita Grijalva, but she's no longer the 118th vote to release the Epstein files.
4) Trump endorses Mace for SC Governor.

Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting

Trump’s aid cuts are killing far more Nigerian Christians than Islamic terrorists are. Independent monitors in Nigeria report 33 deaths this year in attacks against Christians (fewer than the 88 Muslims killed). But Trump cut off aid that helped save 270,000 lives a year in Nigeria. 270,000 > 33.

The YOY inflation rate in January 2025 was 3%.
YOY inflation in October 2025 was 3.2%

COVID-driven supply chain mess caused several months of higher inflation beginning in 2021. Perhaps also the twin stimulus packages - one Trump, one Biden. Outliers like bird flu contributed.

Data.

They chose cowardice.
They will have ruin.
