Trump schafft Fakten - für geopolitischen Einfluss in Lateinamerika. Für Europa wirft das unbequeme Fragen auf: USA binden militärische Kapazitäten in der Karibik, Europa muss in und um Europa selbst mehr tun, China und Russland werden Ablenkung der USA sonst in Europa nutzen.
