Restrung my 3/4 violin. Played a little of the Tron theme song. I was never any good at violin but I'm going to practice and become better enough to add some violin when appropriate to my music. I think I need some tape to show me where to put my fingers for notes! To amazon I go!

I actually won a game on Game Night! We played Azul I got whipped there. But we played two quick rounds of Kingdomino and I won both rounds giving me a win for the night! #boardgames

Good day. Got in some steps while watching LinkedIn Learning intro to Unreal Engine videos. Probably going to try to do two chapters a day so that's three more days, then I can start reading the book which recommends a little knowledge of Unreal before you start.

I guess I can record music on my lampshade iMac! Plugged a usb interface in and it works fine hardly any lag. I was thinking I’d have to get a FireWire interface but I already have what I don’t even need!

Both of my bikes have bells and cup holders. I'm ready for Spring!

The exact same RAM I bought for $140 last August costs $650 today. That's ridiculous. I'm glad I got all my upgrades done before the price gouging started.

You can't... repeal... a scientific finding. At that point it's just called lying about it.
Breaking News: The Trump administration repealed the bedrock scientific finding that greenhouse gases threaten human life and well being, meaning that the EPA can no longer regulate them. nyti.ms/4rSszQu

Alright the next NFL betting season is open! Bears to win the Super Bowl and Caleb to be the regular season MVP! Go Bears!

Alright reading up on Unreal Engine. My big task is to update Flood with 3D models and rendering. I’ve still got the minor tasks of music recording and cartooning.

I'm waiting for two things that usually at some point go on sale to go on sale: Native Instruments Komplete 15, and the upgrade for Clip Studio Paint EX from 3 to 4. Those would be nice to have but not necessary so I'll just check in every day.

So I got my little 15 language pocket translator in the mail today. It's not much good at translating stuff, but it's handy for building vocabulary. I will just look up random words in Cherman, Espanishes, Eyetalian, Norsk, and Franch. This is part of my light quirky kit.

Got a couple of bread pans from Amazon. Should be precisely the right size for making bread from frozen dough and getting a result that is sandwich suitable.

Pretty good day! My electric bike works! My electric tire pump also works! Terry had a copy of Harley and Ivy still in stock. Found a magic 8 ball at target and there was seating at Rivers and Roads. All good stuff.

That was a good potato commercial.

Super Bowl was way boring. It seems that defenses have the upper hand now in the NFL, especially because there aren’t enough quality offensive linemen and quarterbacks. Only watched part of the first quarter.

Alright, almost threw out a quirky Bluetooth keyboard because it wouldn’t turn on. Apparently the battery only charges if it’s connected to a computer, according to the interwebs. And yes, that worked. Haven’t used it in five years! Suspected that the battery had gone bad, but it’s fine.

This isn’t the least interested I’ve ever been in watching a Super Bowel but it’s near the top of that list. It doesn’t help that the commercials have been boring for years now.

Alright time to make some literal bread! Heat went out yesterday so my dough didn’t rise but it’s back on today.

Late game night last night! Had to use the garage. $16 is a reasonable amount for that service. But for $4 more I could have slept in. But for some reason $20 for parking feels expensive. In any case going to run my errands a little sleepy then home for a nap.

Sure, Trump said a lot of arrogant and blasphemous things at the Prayer Breakfast. And he likes killing and torturing and beating innocent people. But recovering from that 2024 head wound, without even a scar, must make him the favorite of...?

I’ve moved my Ventra card to Apple Wallet. One less card to carry! I kept it in my phone case so it’s kind of no duh. Now I have an open slot not sure what to use it for.

The problem: my stationary bike has no place to rest a book and a mug of coffee. I took off the digital display but that was at too severe an angle. I want something nice and level.
