Ah yeah, those are more of a pink-purple now that I look again. I don't think the sculpts are different at all, only got new designs of the plastic stealers in Space Hulk third ed, I think?

A lot of the Genestealers from Space Crusade, Adv Space Crusade, and the Genestealer brood boxes were that colour too, though some were the yellow-grey of everything else.

Same. The closest I've got (other than watching other people play) is to play it as a randomizer

The little differing details between them all make them look great and the bubbles from the casting process just look like natural knot holes/damage now that they're all painted up.

A selection of the battle-ready spearmen for my High Elves (not pictured the other 3/4 of them all painted the same)
Just need detailing and basing, but that's a future job for after I finish the other units to a similar standard.

I've been using one for a few years. I think they're definitely more comfortable, at least for me, as it's closer to my resting hand position.

WoW is one of those games that almost pulls you back multiple times, but each time it's never quite as good as you remember and the new content doesn't last as long as the original. 1-60 was months of levelling, newer expansions are weeks at best.

Same for me, those plastic Tyranid warriors and genestealers were the core of my 2nd and 3rd ed force

Done with the warships for Pacific Command, quick paint job of grey, brown and wash for the ships, and some simple wakes. I even found the sea-blue sheet I bought for Distopian Wars games ages ago.

3d printed some teeny tiny warships to play Pacific Command from Mike Hutchinson. Smaller ones ended up a bit wonky, but they're good enough for a game.
