My dad passed away back in 2023, a week before my birthday. I try to make little drawings of him and our family, so we we can celebrating together somewhere, even if in an imaginary 2D space I create!
I hope he doesn't get lonely, wherever he is, and that it'sbeautiful and peaceful there!

Finally for my take on Hans Christian Andersen's #TheLittleMermaid story, this is the “prince” character, but in the form of a princess in my version. Since the story has queer origins, it made sense to me to interpret it that way. #MerMay #fairytale #art #illustration #characterdesigns
