Yes indeed. I just posted about this too. There are few ppl left who actually stood right next to Dr. King and carried the torch to modern times. Jesse was one.
And the reason why we got a Jesse Jackson, John Lewis, Dorothy Cotton, CT Vivian, Joseph Lowery, etc is because of massive organizing.
