It's like done here in Wales. TAM lines done, Rhymney progressing (currently north of Hengoed), Bay branch half done. Then what? All that expertise and kit should then do the Penarth, VOG, Barry Island, Ebbw Vale and Maesteg branches. Then onto Swansea. But no. It will all just go.
