Gave a guy a ride today to pickup his electric scooter at sisters condo in Daytona beach shores (very nice) bacause he has no drivers license. Towards the end, he showed me ONE OF THE PLACES where he "DIED".

I have a plan for being medium-old. My fear (hope) is that I will be a very bad old person. I don't enjoy board games, shuffle-board, small talk, or complaining about declining health.

My dog got stuck in the nastiest thorn patch I've ever seen. I waded in toward the sound of her yelping. It took about an hour to go 100 yards to get to her. My parka, hands, and face are shredded. 100% my fault. I let her run free dragging a leash. Millions of rabbit tracks and trails in there.

The more time I spend in startups, the clearer it is that luck is the number one contributor to commercial success. Execution, focus, genius, vision also contribute, but right place, right time, cosmic-accident trumps all. Keep grinding, but don't take it personally people.
