Curriculum Night! My Cambridge display- okay, I'm kind of proud of it. Talked to tons of great folks and potential Cambridge students! To the left, Matt the engineer turned engineering teacher flies a drone across the gym from his display to mine.
It took me an hour and a half to cancel a GODADDY account. They auto renewed. I had to call, then text, put in codes four times and it took almost two hours. This is a tech company.

Spent a couple of years in the #PeaceCorps in the late 80s. Collaborated with USAID on several projects including reforestations (seeds and soil to plant 5000 fast growing acacia trees.) The community came together to plant and care for this venture that protected valuable topsoil from eroding.

So I was making chicken parmigiana last night and I didn't have a couple of eggs for the breading stations. I used about half a cup of mayo--which is egg and oil. I might pick up an extra jar for this purpose.

Jimmy Carter sloshed a wheelbarrow and cement globbed onto my shoe at a #HabitatforHumanity build in the 1990's in Miami. I had reached for a handshake. It's one of my treasured moments as the man was authentic, funny and humble, building along side of my group and chatting kindly with everyone.

Living the dream. Really. Two teachers moved away from a red state for teaching jobs in a blue state with a raise, a union, and a state focus that aligns with our values. No banned books and truthful US history. Now luring our adult children here.
