We ordered a bag of 100 Doug fir seedlings to jump start reforestation in the drier parts of our pasture - crazy to think that if given enough time (like 500 years) these would literally rival redwoods and reach 350+ feet, 10’ in diameter. Literally taller than big pink in downtown Portland ✨❤️🌲

Thinking about how I went to college in Ohio (having grown up in MI) and it has so many regions and bigger cities (Cleveland! Cinci! Columbus!…Toledo, Dayton etc.), anyway I think Ohio is a fucking great state but is gerrymandered to hell with some terrible leadership. I love Ohio! ❤️

I'm 36 and as early as now, I'm worried I've lost some connection to the time before Trump. I know that it felt better, that everything seemed more robust.
