While I reject the whole premise of manifesting there is definitely something to the idea of a self fulfilling prophecy.

There's a reason I carry naloxone with me everywhere I go now.
I'm 51
Do I want to spend my last years making sure I have a washroom nearby at all times but be able to walk a half a mile or do I want to have a little physical relief yet go back up to nearly 400lbs and be unable to fit in a chair with arms
And I have to ask, which would shorten my life more?
