Also know as “zombie eyes”… Here was a fix that didn’t work, they flipped the pupils, but forgot color (and so no reflection),😓so they had one more go at it later on…

Oh, there were 4 Looney Tunes character designers plus our animation director, one was mainly Hanna Barbera, one a jack of all trades, especially regarding human characters (Space Ghost, Quest for Camelot, etc), but we jumped from project to project, I started the revamped Pepe/Petunia style guide…

Oh, there were 4 Looney Tunes character designers plus our animation director, one was mainly Hanna Barbera, one a jack of all trades, especially regarding human characters (Space Ghost, Quest for Camelot, etc), but we jumped from project to project, I started the revamped Pepe/Petunia style guide…

still messing around with this. taking a 762x945 png (0.99mb) and jxl can convert that down to 61.2kb for quite literally an identical image. the slightly larger avif (64.6kb) is still pretty good, but it starts to blur certain areas and introduces subtle artefacting (PNG vs JXL vs AVIF below)
