Wore a mask on my trip to New York and virtually zero people masked. The friends I have there said something about R values in such a big city making it ineffective .. I will research that, but first I'm curious if others who live in huge cities can tell me: is that normal or is NYC bad at masking?

Based on how AI context works, I bet Google has an awesome, ad-free version of their search engine exposed to Gemini under the hood. This gives the LLM clean, focused results before adding in ads and sponsored material.
I'm more interested in ad-free, relevant, and diverse search than AI answers.
