Okay friends, I need to start taking on commissions ASAP or I am straight up going to be living out of my car(that doesn't run 😩). I'll add context in a 🧵, but for now please share. These will be physical artworks that can be mailed to you!

A handsome viking-esque horned wolf leans in over a tankard of grog, a pig-nosed creature is tormented by their draconic partner, a judgemental bear squints over its shoulder, and a goat has just found an exciting fact in an old book. A commissioned sketch page of this level of detail would run closer to $100 tbh An art piece composed of black and white ink upon tan-toned paper depicting that of a human character communing with their spiritual connection to the world. The black ink illustrates the "human" and the white ink layered over that implies wings, antlers, a tail, and large talons. Feathers cover the floor around the character's feet, and seem to be drawn with a blend of the black and the white- hopefully representing that the outcome, life, is affected by both sides A portrait of my dog! This was drawn for a contest we were in last year. Alcohol ink markers, babey!

Currently sitting in the parking lot while my partner is in a doctor's appointment. A lot of people around here complain about the feral chickens in town, but I love getting to witness little moments like this. They are so small, and so full of determination.

I am SO happy to report that, for the first time in three months, I can walk again! Still, like, reeeeeally painful, but wow does it feel good to stand on two feet again.

Oh, gosh, this just got me right in the heart strings. I had some pet ducks when I was younger that I was deeply attached to, but they all died of causes I've often thought were my fault. I felt that their death took a part of me that I'm only just now, nearly two decades later, rediscovering.

This is probably the largest art I've made in a long time; it's 16x48 inches at 300dpi. All of the animals are inspired by petroglyphs and cave art from around the world on top of the shapes found within the animals themselves. #art #caveart #petroglyph #deer #wolves #ravens #raven #wolf #elk
The artwork is made up of many different petroglyph-inspired animal figures. The animals are all moving to the left. In the foreground you see three wolves and four ravens chasing after two bull elk and one doe in fairly dark lines. In the background are similar style elk that use smaller artwork and lighter lines to represent being further away. All the foreground animals have gold foil circles into their design around their heart's location and airway location. The entire piece has been given a distressed treatment.

I had an idea for a realistic-ish sailing-based board game a few weeks ago, and I'm finally getting to the point of play testing some of the mechanics! Idk because my whole life revolves around sailing, but my hope is that the game will appeal to non-sailors as well :D

Been meaning to post an update, but Matcha is doing well. This is what every morning for us this past week looked like, setting up for the kid's sailing camp. I have the coolest dog ever haha
