This is the result of the tsunami that hit Hawaii last night. This boat belongs to my mom's non profit youth sailing foundation, Manifest. I don't... I don't have words. I still can't get ahold of anyone out there.

I finally got his jaw mechanism to work!!

This is the super messy initial test of the concept for the turtle puppet! Very much inspired by Barnaby Dixon's incredible work. I'm so excited about this little guy!

The wonderful @labbug14.bsky.social has been encouraging me to get back into some crafting I haven't done in forever, and so far this is the result! He's going to be a turtle 🐢
