Great review on a super important topic! Why do only some cancers depend on ecDNA? What role does ecDNA play in normal biology? SO many questions!!

We are so screwed with this bill. The NIH budget has not gone down as long as I’ve been in science and it’s being cut 40%. I cannot get over this. It’s the end of scientific research as we’ve known it.

I am devastated that the republicans passed this bill. There is so much wrong with it. But, I am dwelling on the economic repercussions of cutting the NIH budget (which comprises less than 1% of the budget) by 40%. Why did so few republicans pay attention to the serious problems with it?

#science folks, we're VERY concerned that fed budget approved by the House has a 40% cut to NIH. But, it's not being discussed in the senate! Many are lobbying behind the scenes - VERY important but not getting to the public. We need a viral video to get attention. Ideas?
