"Injuring myself while asleep" is a new feature of middle age I've just discovered. Another fun one is that exercise no longer automatically results in weight loss. Can I complain to someone about this or get a refund?

How is this UBI being funded you may ask? The US is funding it. It’s paid out of the Compact Trust Fund as part of the 2023 Amended Compact of Free Association with the US which we are capitalizing for our military use of their islands. Remember all the nuclear testing? The RMI is a strategic asset.

It was Miami Herald local reporter Julie Brown @jkbjournalist.bsky.social who actually covered the Epstein story and blew it wide open. She cared about the victims and Epstein's crimes, not access.

Here's the thing about driverless cars, though; many people are afraid of them but in truth they eliminate the myriad of human errors that cause death and misery all the time (ie they don't check their smartphones or makeup while driving, etc.).
