The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has upheld the EU’s #MinimumWage Directive, rejecting a challenge brought against it by #Denmark (& #Sweden).
But the #ECJ also ruled the EU overstepped its powers by directly interfering in how those minimal wages are determined.

There were 13 elections last night for a statewide office.

Democrats swept all 13.

That’s 1 in NJ. 3 in VA. 2 in GA. And 7 in PA (all judges, retention and regular).

They won 12 of the 13 races by double-digits, with margins up to 24%. The only other race, the tightest, they won by 6%.
