The reality: No one is works better with an administration lead by a sinister sex criminal than a 'paid up' member of the same club. Is this a moral choice? No. But it is an efficient way to deal with sociopaths.

So I left Zen Internet after 8 pretty good years of service. Joined a local #Sheffield ISP: Pine Media. Save £100+ a yr & get 2x the speed. Figured I'd just change the PPPoE user/pass, 15min downtime.
Result: I've been without internet access for 8hrs and tech support not replied for 3hrs #UK

Saw a Fiat crossover almost splat a fellow cyclist. Standard. But this one was enjoying a dash-mounted video call. During the school rush hour. Down Ecclesall Rd, one of our busiest streets.
