epi studies are where its at, IMO. Of course the design and set up make a difference....a big one. Still, if those items are well considered I believe I have trustworthy information. Lets hope Americans can still look into data and we can see reliable data.

We had NO PRECIP in Decmenber I think. Still the cities, (my own Tigard) go around with their heads in the sand about what comes next....this summer with another chapter of drought and damaged trees EVERYWHERE. I see NOTHING significant coming from any city of state "professionals".
