The way our constitutional republic works is that the supreme court is supposed to strike down actions by the executive when they perform an act that is exclusively granted to congress in the constitution. Whether it is a "signature policy" is irrelevant. bsky.app/profile/atru...

The Law & Order crowd is out here trying to argue that sex with a minor isn't really pedophilia if the child is CLOSE to the age of 18.
Yelling at ICE agents is a violent crime but raping children is subjective depending on how it affects their people in power.
