“7-Eleven roller weenie”
🤣🤣🤣
How does this 7-Eleven roller weenie manage to put in a day of DC lurking yet manage to retain that fire-broasted hue?

You can feel it beginning - the rot is eating away at this presidency, this evil, incompetent parody of an administration. Something in the air - feels like gathering disgust.
The sleeze, lies, corruption, grift, blundering ignorance, & puerile performing - playing dress-up…Threads r fraying, imo.

WTF is wrong with these MAGA goons??!
ICE sprays large canister of pepper spray directly into family car—hitting 1 year old baby.

"They were simply shopping at Sam's Club," said man who took video.

"ICE agents drove by and sprayed pepper spray directly inside—where their baby and 16 year old sister sat."

This is Oakley. He has an injury that requires physical therapy and at-home massages. Luckily, his cat sibling River has been training his whole life for this. 14/10 for both

SENATE DEMOCRATS: fine, we give in

Not wrong.
American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

What a thorough disappointment.
How I wish that I had never supported John Fetterman. 😡

It’s just a given that elected republicans are a cynical, monolithic block of ambition & cowardice -good faith leadership isn’t expected of them. Every journalist & pundit reflexively gives them a free pass.

All the discussion is over what dems should/shouldn’t do for the good of the country.
November 10, 2025 at 1:40 PM
My guess is Schumer voted “no” only after making sure he had enough votes from other dems so that his vote wasn’t needed, & he could avoid the wrath of voters.

NYT invents issues to spin as controversies. Frame any manufactured issue in question form, then crank out a piece so out of step with the current existential nightmare we’re living in that u could cry.
As long as NYT is asking “Did women ruin the workplace” can they also ask:
•Did men ruin safe workplaces?
•Did men ruin domestic safety?
•Did men ruin public safety?
•Did men ruin global peace?
Or is a clear “YES” to all these questions just too difficult for fragile men to accept—so NYT avoids it?🤔

Excellent commentary:

“Like so many other bits of Times coverage, the whole of the piece is structured as an orchestrated encounter. Some people say this; however, others say this. It’s so offhand you can think you’re gazing through a pane of glass.”

This cruelty is the embodiment of MAGA’s casual, reflexive inhumanity.
ICE agents in Chicago violently detain a non verbal autistic man for being “non compliant”

He couldn’t “comply” because of his disability…they don’t care

This is not the first time they’ve gone after a disabled person

They target the most vulnerable because it’s an easy way to meet their quota

IMO, ‘Christian’ Churches seldom exist to practice Christian behavior or to imitate Christ. They’re designed to comfort the congregation & provide a social matrix for members to reassure each other of their mutual piety - *& to get their tickets to eternal life punched.
A lady on TikTok has been calling churches pretending to be a mother with a baby who needs formula and several churches turned her away. But wouldn’t you know that when she called a Mosque (Islamic Center of Charlotte) they immediately said yes.

“…something stronger, something better….”
happy bday French writer Albert Camus, b.1913.
“In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.
And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger – something better, pushing right back.”
