Il y a tout juste un an, le 3 décembre 2024, Moussa Tchangari était arrêté à Niamey. Un mois plus tard, le secrétaire général de l'ONG Alternative espaces citoyens, figure de la société civile nigérienne, était placé en détention à la prison de Filingué, à 180 kilomètres de la capitale, où il se trouve toujours. Moussa Tchangari est notamment inculpé pour atteinte à la défense nationale. L'instruction se poursuit.
