The damage caused by the Texas floods is so much worse than anything a camera could attempt to capture.

Please help the De La Cerda family rebuild using the link in my bio.

The second richest man on earth is about to acquire TikTok and his family could soon own both Paramount and Warner Bros.

The third richest man owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

The fourth richest man owns The Washington Post.

See the problem here?

I really take my hat off to tiny groups doing this in very red areas. That takes guts.
The teeny tiny No Kings things in very red areas are so huge

Say like five or six people show up. None of them knew each other before. Suddenly they’re all friends. And maybe from that you get a group that does longer-term organizing that can punch *way* above its weight considering where it is

Hi, I'm the ProPublica reporter who's been tracking an unusual stat: U.S. citizens grabbed by immigration agents.

I did it because the government isn’t.

This is what I found.

Both Dallas and Austin budgets made significant cuts to supporting their homeless population & recreational areas.

There are currently more unemployed people than there are jobs available. We should be making significant investments in social programs and local jobs to improve people’s lives

I wish democrats were as cool as republicans describe them.

Abortion on demand? Are you kidding?? Do these people know how difficult it is to get a legislator to say abortion instead of “women’s rights” or “women’s healthcare” or “reproductive healthcare” #txlege

It's bizarre to me that folks are bemused by the Trump regime's attack on the Hyundai electric battery plant, wondering why they'd be willing to kill jobs and economic development in a swing state and anger a close ally.

It's not complicated.

Clean energy is verboten under fossil fascism.

South Korea says it has reached a deal with the U.S. for the release of South Korean workers detained in an immigration raid at a Hyundai plant in Georgia.

Right. It’s 102° and I’ve drank no water today lol

Barring successful court challenges, 79% of Texas residents are now mapped into a GOP stronghold despite only 55% of the state voting GOP in statewide races.

Help me get to Austin so we can start to undo the damage that has been done.

Let’s take Texas FORWARD!

I literally made this account specifically to post this.

I'm not living in Texas anymore - it stopped being safe for me as a trans person a long time ago.

As SB 8 pushes on, I can't be there to testify like I in the past, but I don't feel comfortable being silent.
