This address by President Zelenskyy is heart-wrenching.
Faced with the—expected— US betrayal, he must be able to count on Europe.
If Europe does not help Ukraine defeat russia by all necessary means, it will bury its dignity, its principles, its legitimacy—and its security.
⚡️ BREAKING: President Zelenskyy warns Ukraine is facing one of the toughest moments in its history, with a choice between dignity and the risk of losing a key ally, or accepting a hard 28-point plan and a brutal winter ahead.

Words fail me when I see how Starmer ignores the terrible consequences of Brexit and does not listen to his voters, who want the UK to rejoin the EU!

We have been fighting against Brexit for many years —but Starmer is doing nothing. He is a coward.

Democratic leaders & commentators really need to stop repeating this insane phrase, “We must bring Putin back to the negotiations table.”
There can be no negotiations whatsoever with Russia. Peace will only come through military victory.

🚨 The executive order issued by the White House does not implement two crucial aspects of the EU-US trade deal.
- It doesn't decrease tariffs on EU cars from 25% to 15%
- It doesn't introduce 0% tariffs for "strategic" products
Here it is.

The White House has published the executive order adjusting the so-called "reciprocal" tariffs and codifying the recent trade deals, including the one with the European Union.
Further Modifying the Reciprocal Tariff Rates

I disagree that Europe had 'no other choice' but to sign the 🇪🇺🇺🇸 🇬🇧🇺🇸 surrender deals with Trump.

But even if this were true, how can Europeans be content with such a situation?

This continent needs an independence revolution. Here's how to get there:
An eight-point plan to free Europe from American dominance
A world where Europeans don't have to call Trump "daddy" is possible, but it requires urgent and confident action. Here's how we get there.

The EU must respond assertively to Trump by:
1. Retaliating against Trump's import tariffs with tit-for-tat measures.
2. Banning X throughout the EU because it spreads far-right propaganda.
3. Responding resolutely if Trump repeats that he wants to take over Greenland.
4. Protesting against ICE.

Exactly! This deal is scandalous, and as a European I'm very angry at Von der Leyen and her team, for under this EU-US agreement, EU steel will remain subject to the US's global 50% tariff on metal imports - which seriously undermines EU economy.
