I’m not naive and I don’t THINK I’m being overly optimistic when I say I don’t see a path forward for Donald Trump to avoid being ensnared. There are just too many countries investigating and too many guilty parties who may talk for President Pedo to play dumb much longer.

Trump v Cook oral arguments are over. My takeaway: Lawyer for Cook was skilled, likable, and convincing, the lawyer for Trump was dodgy and embarrassing, and Clarence Thomas is brain dead but still arrogant. Feels like a slam dunk for Cook and Fed independence.
