One of Trump's biggest promises was to address the rising cost of living. But will he do anything to challenge the main source of high prices — corporations who have gobbled up their competitors and now have enough market power to keep prices high even as their costs have dropped? Of course not.

It’s trickle UP economics. Trickle down was a scam to sell to lower income people why it was for the upper crust to pick their pockets.
From 1989 to 2019, the richest 1% of families increased their share of total national wealth from 27% to 34%.

At the same time, families in the bottom 50% saw their share drop from 4% to 2%.

When we say trickle-down economics is a hoax, this is what we mean.
