NEW: A federal judge has ruled that the Trump administration’s termination of hundreds of NIH grants was “void and illegal.”

He ordered funding for some of the grants, including many profiled by ProPublica in recent months, to be reinstated.

As I would usually say on Twitter when GRFP results are announced: You're not a failure if you didn't get it! *MANY* (if not most) incredible researchers did not get the GRFP!! If you received one, you totally deserve it and CONGRATS!!!! If you didn't, welcome to the club of many rejections 😎

But...good news and bad news.

Major update over the weekend to our spreadsheet tracking terminated NIH grants. 👇

Improvements include:
- more grant metadata, including Congressional reps and their phone numbers
- data from more sources to complement PI-submitted information
- better data integrity and reproducibility

Really pleased that our meta-analysis on prejudice confrontation (with @lilitou.bsky.social) has now been published in Psychological Bulletin. We find that confronting prejudice is an effective bias reduction technique (but there is more research to be done!): doi.org/10.1037/bul0...
