Three Russian border guards illegally crossed into Estonian territory and stayed for about 20 minutes, Bloomberg reports. The incident was caught on video. Estonia will summon Russia’s top diplomat in Tallinn and is boosting patrols in the area. Officials from both sides are set to meet today.
