In rural northern Alberta (not a rez), we have to drive 12 miles for potable water on a “gravel” 2dary hiway (provincial jurisdiction) that hasn’t seen a gravel haul in years and rarely a grader. Bc there’s “limited funding for public works”. Let’s not even talk about the healthcare dumpster fire.
