Yes
I went back to sports, but based on the first 20 minutes I would absolutely watch a Chester A. Arthur biopic where he's played by Nick Offerman (I only saw Offerman once in those first 20 or so minutes).

Political Science hive mind: any recent-ish studies on how elected officials (and/or unelected officials) determine what they think public opinion looks like?
In particular, I'd be interested in reconciling that older literature with the recent findings showing pervasive bias in how electeds and their staffs perceive constituent opinion as more conservative than it is

I gave out candy corn this year, among other candy, and I am not exaggerating when I say kids loved it. They waved it to their parents, declared their love of it, and got all giddy. 🤷‍♀️

I finally made a sweater that doesn’t stink. 4th time’s a charm, I guess. And it even has dog hair on it already.
