Mass surveillance was put in place supposedly to combat the "war on terror" and yet mostly seems to be used to arrest small-time shoplifters
God forbid a corporation lose money via a broke teenager stealing markers or whatever rather than by dumping literals tons of their own product in a landfill

We really need to prepare to try and win the next TWO presidential elections, because so much of the next term is gonna be spent solely on undoing the damage of this current one. I think we'll need more than just four years to rebuild, and hopefully put safeguards in place so this won't happen again

When I was traveling the country I found Bubble Up (long forgotten "white soda" comparable to Sprite and 7Up) at some random outlet in the middle of nowhere in California. I don't know why that's such a good memory. But it is.

No way to float this without sounding conspiratorial but I genuinely believe Elon is flagging Twitter posts expressing what is considers "far left sentiment" and filing it away, processing it, adding it to a database. Could just be for limiting your visibility... could be for something more extreme.
